The series of Laser Diode Array are available in horizontal, vertical, polygon, annular, and mini-stacked arrays, soldered together using AuSn hard soldering technology. With its compact structure, high power density, high peak power, high reliability and long life, the diode laser arrays can be used in illumination, research, detection and pump sources and hair removal under the QCW working mode.
